DescriptionWe are excited to share that we have the opportunity for a Lecturer to join our Teacher Education department. This role is a part-time (0.2) hourly paid position.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering on our high-quality teacher education programs. You will teach on the Level 3 Assessing Vocational Achievement course and be responsible for the day to day running of the course.

You will engage in innovative teaching practices, provide mentorship, and assess student progress to ensure they achieve their full potential. 

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseThe ideal candidate will possess a strong background in teacher education, the ability to teach and deliver the Level 3 Assessing Vocational Achievement course and be responsible for the day to day running of the course.

To undertake this role flexibility is essential as some of the courses run in the evening and assessing students on placement will be required. 

A passion for teaching, and a commitment to continuous professional development. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.

To be successful you will have a recognised teaching qualification, (L5 or above) and the L3 Award Assessing Vocational Achievement. You will have a strong awareness of current developments in Teacher Education and be able to combine this with your ability to teach and inspire students.
