Job Title: MFL Teacher

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate MFL Teacher to join our team at a Secondary school in Stafford. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching French and Spanish across Key Stage 3 and 4, providing guidance and advice to pupils on education and further education and careers, and contributing to department planning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Teach French and Spanish to students in Key Stage 3 and 4
* Provide guidance and advice to pupils on education and further education and careers
* Contribute to department planning and meetings
* Provide professional support to other teachers and support staff

Requirements:

* A teaching qualification with QTS and experience teaching MFL across KS3 and KS4 in line with the British Curriculum
* A valid PGCE/QTS (unqualified French/Spanish speakers would also be considered if you have a minimum of 3 years MFL teaching experience in the UK)
* An enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willing to pay for one through Smile Education)
* Knowledge of the UK Secondary Curriculum and the subjects
* A passion for teaching and languages
