Job Opportunity: Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering to join our team at Sandwell College. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, ensuring their academic success and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops to students in Mechanical Engineering
  • Develop and implement curriculum materials, assessments, and evaluation methods
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students
  • Contribute to the development of the Engineering department
  • Participate in departmental and college-wide initiatives
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Teaching qualification (L5 or above) or willingness to obtain
  • Strong industry experience in Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students
