Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering Position

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering to join our team at Sandwell College. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, ensuring they achieve outstanding success and meet their targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and interactive teaching, learning, and assessment to a high standard.
- Assume joint responsibility within course teams for the quality of course delivery.
- Work with an agreed teaching load to teach groups of students in one or more of the core programme areas.
- A solid background in engineering.
- A commitment to student development and a passion for teaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- A recognised teaching qualification (L5 or above) or a willingness to work towards obtaining this qualification.
