KeyJobResponsibilities:
Efficiently managing engineer s dailydiaries
Taking calls and bookingmaintenances and corrective calls along with any other businessenquiries
Liaise with nationalaccounts on Service and Call Outdelivery.
Liaising with engineersto ensure deadlines are kept.
Advise customers/ national accounts of ETA s whererequired.
Meeting goals and dailytargets.
To ensure prompt andaccurate processing of customer requests whether received bytelephone written correspondence and electronically via email andweb portals.
Bank Holidays andabsence cover where required.
Completion of Invoices for thedepartment
Answer the telephoneand taking messages whereappropriate.
To assist in thedevelopment and maintenance of effective administrative proceduresand systems appropriate to the needs of the servicedepartment
Updating trackers andspreadsheets in a timely manner.
Updating database and keeping information up todate.
Ensure line manager is madeaware of developments problems and other issues affecting theperformance of servicedepartment.
Update Engineer onCall Rota anddistribute.
RequirementsEssentialrequirements for the job
Excellent coordination skills and highlyorganized.
Excellentadministration skills
Highlyskilled in the use of all office IT packages (Microsoft Word /Excel / PowerPoint/ Email andInternet)
Proven track record ofgood organizational skills (including time management prioritizing)Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build and maintainrelationships at all levels.
Excellent communication skills verbal andwritten.
Be a good team playerwilling to provide cover and support wherenecessary.
Desirablerequirements for the job
Experiencein a service delivery environment would be anadvantage.
