Role purpose

We are seeking an innovative and technical individual to become a key member within Aesop Europe's Supply Chain as the Junior Inventory Planner, managing inventory within Regional DC and replenishment out to D2C locations. Reporting to Aesop's Merchandise Planner, this role requires a meticulous planner, communicator, and collaborator.

Role responsibilities include, but not limited to -

Inventory and logistics:
· Management of auto replenishment settings and orders for D2C locations.
· Supporting Merchandise and Supply Planners with preparation for NPDs, Store Projects, and Peak Trade.
· Ownership and facilitation of all warehouse kitting and VAS (Value Added Services) activities.
· Responsible for managing the supply planning of all non-sale inventory.
· Manage inventory accuracy in Regional DCs to improve service as well as supply reporting and analysis.
· Coordinate ongoing transfers between DCs to mitigate out of stocks in region.
· Own and facilitate the kitting and VAS (Value Added Service) process and supply planning of non-sale inventory.
· Ownership of inventory reporting, D2C OSA (On Shelf Availability) reporting and service reporting.
· Responsible for management of DC-to-DC transfers in region.
· Manage inbound orders via sea freight and airfreight.
· Optimize and regularly update regional inventory models and inbound trackers for all shipments.
· Responsible for managing cycle counts with 3PL and inventory accuracy KPIs.
· Monitor aged inventory to make use of soon to expire stock.
· Deputise for the Merchandise Planner and Supply Planner.

Meetings:
· Facilitate monthly Aged Inventory meeting.
· Attend and contribute to weekly Supply and Inventory Planning meetings; monthly Sea Freight Reviews, supply reviews and merchandise reviews.

Reporting:
· Generate and distribute reports on a weekly basis, including: Service Level Reporting; On shelf availability; Out of stocks / low stocks; Wastage report; Inventory without forecast; Inventory by location, including retail
· Review monthly retail and 3PL adjustments and transfers
· Support Merchandise Planner and Inventory Supply Planner with monthly reporting.

This is a full-time position operating with a hybrid working pattern, including attending Aesop's London Bridge office on three days per week. This role is an 18-month fixed term contract.

What we are looking for

· Experience using tools such as Tableau and or Power BI would be beneficial, as would NetSuite or similar systems.

· Rigorous approach with a consistent eye for detail
· A strong written and verbal communicator with stakeholder management capability
· Passion for process creation and continuous improvement
