**Core responsibilities**- Ensure master data setup is accurately maintained for cross network movements-
- Regular review of inventory levels vs. open orders and quotas to ensure accuracy of projected inventory across the regional network-
- Responsible for inventory position in the short-term horizon-
- Lead close relationship with production sites and handle stock movements between sites and distribution centers through:- Review current inventory and open orders in the short term by SKU / Site-
- Ensure Stock Transport Orders are consolidated as best as possible to fill containers / vehicles-
- Review current stock on hand to resolve if sufficient stock exists to meet demand-
- Collaborate with Supply Planner / BU Demand Planners / Regional Demand Managers / Logistics etc. to communicate issues and status-
- Work with wider SCO (Supply Chain Operations) partners to drive improved efficiencies in distribution spend across the network-
- Focus on continuous improvement to ensure maximum fill of trucks / containers between warehouses-
- Regularly review forecast split vs. actual orders and propose and implement amendments where needed-
- Updated forecast splits approved through a quarterly review process driven by the S&OP manager**Play your part in our team succeeding**

The EMEA SIP (Supply and Inventory) team works closely with BUs, Demand Planning and packing sites to make products available on time to support commercial plans. This involves developing production strategies to handle uncertainty in demand, as well as supply chain constraints to deliver the best possible availability, whilst minimizing inventory obsolescence exposure.

**Do you have what it takes?**- Strong Operations background (supply planning, demand planning, factory experience or Business Unit operations)-
- Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting principles, experience in planning and data science-
- Strong communication skills - can convey clearly complex problems and solutions to a diverse audience-
- Team player with a collaborative style, yet able to stand their ground-
- Resilience, enjoys working in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure-
- Strong analytical capabilities-
- Knowledge of planning tools, such as SAP APO and Excel/Power BI-
