We are excited to offer a part-time opportunity ideal for those seeking to utilize and expand their IT skills. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will deliver first-line support to both internal and external customers, helping to resolve technical issues at the first point of contact. This role is perfect for someone passionate about providing outstanding customer service and interested in working with IT hardware and applications. This is a part time role working 18 hours per week.

The key skills that we are looking for are: 

  • Provide first-line application support by diagnosing faults and resolving issues promptly

  • Ensure a high level of customer service and support.

  • Troubleshoot problems with Microsoft operating systems and various software.

  • Utilize available tools effectively, such as remote support, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to resolve technical issues.
