**Do you have experience working within a busy service desk environment and have excellent customer service skills
.if so this could be perfect opportunity for you**

**Key Responsibilitie**s:

- Maintain support tickets correctly and keep the client updated with progress every day
- Install and support hardware components including laptops, monitors and mobile devices
- Take responsibility for the ensuring the clients Asset Management inventory is accurate and Starters, Leavers, Change process is followed
- Communicate with different teams and third parties when necessary to resolve queries
- Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016, 365
- Active Directory Administrations’
- Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2016
- Desktop/laptop set-up, configuration and performance tuning
- Microsoft SCCM
- Web and E-mail Security
- Antivirus Software
- Managed Print Solution software
- Mobility Software - MDM, iOS, Android etc
- Mobile Devices - iPhones and iPads etc

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday
Shift Patterns: (Early - 08.30 - 16.45) (Core - 09.00 - 17.15) (Late - 10.15 - 18.30)
