Assistant Branch Manager

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of your branch. You will first learn and then start to help with the growth and profitability whilst ensuring that we maintain a first-class experience for our customers. Qualifications
About You:
- You have previous experience in the retail, hotel, catering, and/or hospitality industry
- You distinguish yourself through your service-oriented way of thinking and value work that has direct customer contact
- You have previous experience in a management role
- You have strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- You have exceptional leadership and communication skills
- You have held a full, clean valid UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months
What you will do:
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for helping the branch manager with the successful budget management of your branch whilst helping to lead, manage and develop the team. You would be the leader of our sales and service mentality that directly contributes toward the profitability of your location. You will also be the main face of the front of house operation that includes customer interactions, sales pitches, driving staff performance and actively trying to improve the locations performance. With a continuous improvement mindset, you will consistently look for ways to improve and optimise our processes. You will effectively and efficiently manage our SIXT premium vehicle fleet, manage the day-to-day business in your branch and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be developing new business and building on local sales and relationships.
