Job Description

Do you want to take on responsibility and fulfil customer wishes? As a Branch Manager (m/f/d) at SIXT, you’ll lead your team, manage the fleet, and ensure top-notch quality. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You are responsible for budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches, as well as increasing revenue and profitability
  • You lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through regular performance reviews and meetings
  • You recruit new team members in collaboration with the Talent team and coach other managers in the recruitment process
  • You are responsible for the vehicle fleet, operational tasks (e.g., health and safety, corporate CI, defleets), and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflows
  • You ensure a premium customer service culture, handle complaints, and work with regional managers to optimize processes

Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Service Mindset You have a service-oriented mindset and value direct customer interaction
  • Management Experience At least 3 years of branch management experience required, with 2-4 years in sales and customer service
  • Team Development Proven experience in developing and up-skilling team members
  • Organizational Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Communication Excellence Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
