Teaching Personnel have a great opportunity for Supply Teachers to provide general cover across our supportive Secondary Schools based in Braintree and surrounding areas.

The flexible role will provide cover for pupils across the KS3/KS4 and sometimes KS5 curriculum to meet the needs of schools within the area.

You will be responsible for delivery of pre-planned lessons, supervision of pupils and ensuring effective behaviour management in line with school policy and engaging pupils within the learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Availability for standard working hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Prior experience working in schools teaching English and Maths.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Subject specific qualifications
  • Full time availability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
