We are currently recruiting a full time, dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales
Manager to join our team at The Relais Cooden Beach, Bexhill-on-Sea, to drive sales
activities cross all sectors. This is a brand new position created due to the
ongoing transformation plans for The Relais Retreats.



To be considered for this role of Hotel Sales Manager you will have
current proactive sales experience within a quality hotel.



You will be  supporting the drive of revenue by effectively
managing all aspects of sales within the local and national marketplace.
Identify and proactively solicit new business, manage key accounts and agents
to increase revenue and share in line with company sales and revenue management
strategies. The role focuses on being proactive and results driven.



 Skills and Experience



 ·        
You will have current Hotel sales experience preferred
within a quality establishment



·        
Detail-oriented, with demonstrate a track record of
follow through and delivery



·        
Excellent presentation skills



·        
Structured Systematic Sales approach



·        
Self-motivated with ability to work on own, lead or
within a group



·        
Motivator for hotel teams with less sales knowledge



·        
An effective, positive communicator, organised with a
methodical approach



·        
Influencer and supporter (a doer to get things done)



·        
Can interact at all levels



·        
Commercial thinker and results driven



·        
Ability to direct collaboration among functional teams

Full Driving Licence



·        
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Reslynx
Advance C&B and Venue Directory preferred however, training will be

          given
