Incommunities are looking for an Intensive Property Clean Operative to join our Bradford team on a permanent basis.
You will carry out cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, internally in customers blocks.
External tasks such as litter picking, rubbish/fly tip removal, tidying bin stores.
Tasks involve use of handheld and power machinery and chemicals.

Hold a full manual UK driving license as you will be required to drive a manual fleet

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning and clearing of our empty properties to a high condition. On occasion, belongings may still be in the property and/or the property may have been left in an extremely bad state of cleanliness.
• Transport or dispose of any belongings that previous tenants may have left behind in the property.
• Abide by the requirements of HASAWA and all other related safety regulations.
• Originate, maintain and provide updated work documentation as required.
• Driving to and from premises around the Bradford district.

Minimum Qualification Level

Level 1

Essential and Desirable Skills

• Relevant experience within a cleaning role, ideally having some experience in property clearance previously.
• An awareness of Health and Safety systems such as COSHH, HASAWA as well as Manual Handling safety regulations.
• A clear customer focus and a positive attitude.
• Self motivated and able to use your own initiative.
• A belief in our values of trying to level the social injustices through creating great homes for our customers.
