We're looking for an Estate Cleaner to join our team on a permanent basis. As Incommunities Estate Cleaner, you will carry out cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, internally in customers blocks. External tasks such as litter picking, rubbish/fly tip removal, tidying bin stores. Tasks involve use of handheld and power machinery and chemicals.

**Responsibilities**
- Carry out cleaning and clearing of our empty properties to a high condition. On occasion, belongings may still be in the property and/or the property may have been left in an extremely bad state of cleanliness.
- Transport or dispose of any belongings that previous tenants may have left behind in the property.
- Abide by the requirements of HASAWA and all other related safety regulations.
- Originate, maintain and provide updated work documentation as required.
- Driving to and from premises around the Bradford district.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience within a cleaning role, ideally having some experience in property clearance previously
- An awareness of Health and Safety systems such as COSHH, HASAWA as well as Manual Handling safety regulations.
- A clear customer focus and a positive attitude.
- Self motivated and able to use your own initiative.
- A belief in our values of trying to level the social injustices through creating great homes for our customers.
- Hold a full manual UK driving license as you will be required to drive a manual fleet
