What you would do as our Administrator
You will be working in a hybrid model with our administrative team to provide administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily department operations.

You would also:

Be responsible for

Providing clerical support to the Head of Installation and other operational functions, including, but not limited to, email monitoring and response to customer queries and answering overflow telephone calls. Managing and updating customers details on to the Order Management System, and managing and raising new orders on to the Order Management System  Supporting the planning and scheduling of the engineer schedule, and assisting Head of Installation in updating program of works  Logistics bookings via contractor delivery management system, and coordinating with Supervisors and Engineers for site specific requirements  Data entry and collation of department figures, and ensuring a positive customer experience

The skills and experience you need:

Administrative and data entry experience Experience working with in a customer focused environment Competent IT (Word, Excel and Outlook)  Keen attention to detail and accuracy Motivation and ability to learn tasks quickly and work as part of a team Good communication and relationship skills Good organization skills to meet challenging daily and weekly deadlines Ability to handle change in a fast-paced environment
