Are you an experienced carer looking for a Team Leader role?

Elizabeth Court are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Team Leader to join their team. In this role, you will lead and support a team of care assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Some of the things you will od:

Collaborating closely with the Deputy Manager Oversee shifts Manage staff assignment  Conduct medication procedures Conduct care assessments Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Elizabeth Court in Caterham is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 59 residents. At Anchor, we pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.
