KeyResponsibilities:
- Serveas the primary point of contact for assigned clients buildingstrong relationships and understanding their unique needs andobjectives.
- Collaborate with clients to developand implement tailored success plans ensuring they derive maximumvalue from solutions.
- Proactively monitorclient usage and engagement identifying opportunities foroptimization and expansion of services.
- Provideongoing training support and guidance to clients helping themnavigate challenges and leverage productseffectively.
- Act as an advocate for clientschampioning their needs and driving internal initiatives to enhancethe customerexperience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing Information Technologyor a related field.
- Previous experience in acustomer success account management or clientfacing role preferablywithin the legal technologyindustry.
- Stronginterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to buildrapport and establish trust with clients at all levels of anorganization.
- Excellent problemsolvingabilities and a customercentric mindset with a focus on deliveringexceptional value and service.
- Experienceworking with CRM systems and customer success tools (e.g.Salesforce Gainsight) is aplus.
