KeyResponsibilities:

  • Serveas the primary point of contact for assigned clients buildingstrong relationships and understanding their unique needs andobjectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to developand implement tailored success plans ensuring they derive maximumvalue from solutions.
  • Proactively monitorclient usage and engagement identifying opportunities foroptimization and expansion of services.
  • Provideongoing training support and guidance to clients helping themnavigate challenges and leverage productseffectively.
  • Act as an advocate for clientschampioning their needs and driving internal initiatives to enhancethe customerexperience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing Information Technologyor a related field.
  • Previous experience in acustomer success account management or clientfacing role preferablywithin the legal technologyindustry.
  • Stronginterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to buildrapport and establish trust with clients at all levels of anorganization.
  • Excellent problemsolvingabilities and a customercentric mindset with a focus on deliveringexceptional value and service.
  • Experienceworking with CRM systems and customer success tools (e.g.Salesforce Gainsight) is aplus.
