About theRole:

We are seeking a drivenClinical Educator to join our successful Education team. The roleinvolves delivering comprehensive training on Obagi AdvancedProduct support and other brands like Jan Marini. Additionallyyoull provide training on Devices and Injectable Treatments withinHealthxchange Group. Your focus will be on enhancing clientknowledge through solutions and clinical support. As a brandambassador youll authentically represent the training delivered.Tailoring education to diverse audiences of Healthcare and Beautyprofessionals is key. Overall your role plays a crucial part insupporting Business Development within relevant brands througheffective educationinitiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliverengaging in depth up to date content in all relevant brands/devicesensuring all delegates feel confident to offer treatments in anappropriate setting.
  • Manage scheduleappropriately to respond to all account needs and support businessdevelopment in relevant brands because of cohesiveworkflow.
  • Achieve premium account support byoffering educational support that is accessible and ensures apositive patient experience.
  • Follow up aftertraining with required data input into relevantsystems.
  • Prioritise to ensure training feedbackis recorded after training delivery.
  • Input allrelevant training data to ensure effective reports can bepulled.
  • Highlight any gaps highlighted viareporting.
  • Raise and take agreed steps in termsof actions required to ensure a solution focused workingapproach.
  • Maintain and develop the use ofBrands and devices through in clinic support educational deliveryand working alongside business development managers to ensurereasonable clinical needs aresupported.
  • Achieve clear and concise learningflows by ensuring clear objectives are set for all relevantsessions.
  • Research and keep up to date withrelevant clinical studies add these to allmaterial.
  • Identify and create furthersupportive learning tools whererequired.
  • Support the marketing function of thebusiness to help build product/deviceawareness.
  • Attend and potentially present atexternal and internal meetings/conferences as necessary to performown duties and aid business development via a variety ofmediums.

What we needfrom you:

Essential

  • Nursing or PharmacistGraduate
  • Relevant Obagiexperience
  • Relevant Device experience (in atleast 2 types of technology e.g. Laser andRF)
  • Training Experience: delivery and contentcreation
  • High standards of customer/patientcommunication in clinic support and contentproduction/delivery
  • Ability to meet deadlinesmaintain accuracy and ensure business needs are respondedto
  • Clinical knowledge of the reference papersand the ability to refer to these asnecessary.
  • Proven account management from acommercial or educational standpoint
  • EfficientIT experience
