Salary:BaseSalary 23k 30k OTE(uncapped)
TheJob:
- Speaking toprospective renters over the phone via WhatsApp and email to helpthem find their new home
- Working throughinbound and outbound call lists
- Cross sellingon properties that likely fit their needs better but may be in aslightly different location
- Confidently talkthrough promotions with customers and how these can benefitthem
- Be an expert in each development able totalk through key components of properties and the localarea
- Work as part of a team to ensure targetsare met
- Ensure each prospective renterultimately gets booked in for a viewing at the time that suits themand feels excited about their propertysearch.
