As a Senior Sales Consultant for AI Learning Solutions, you will drive the adoption of Yepic AI's innovative products within the learning and development sector. Your role will involve strategic engagement with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their educational and training programs.
- Client Acquisition and Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on strategic and high-value clients in the L&D sector.
- Solution-Oriented Sales: Use a consultative sales approach to understand client challenges and needs, presenting customized AI learning solutions that align with their objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in AI learning technologies.
- Market Insights: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and help position Yepic AI as a market leader.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth objectives of Yepic AI.
- Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with product and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and help shape future product developments and marketing strategies.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience, with a proven track record in the education technology or corporate training sector.
- Sales Skills: Strong capability in consultative sales, strategic account management, and client relationship building.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the L&D sector, including key drivers, challenges, and technology trends.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with modern sales software, CRM systems, and an understanding of AI and its applications in learning.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating complex solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
