Senior Support Worker (Single Homeless Pathways)

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Senior Support Worker to join our Single Homeless Pathway service, to assist the Team Leader to lead and deliver care and support across multiple locations to vulnerable residents who will have varying support needs.
In this role you will report in to Team Leader to manage care and support services promoting health and wellbeing to our residents so they can develop independent living skills, engage with external services and move on to living within the wider community, preventing future homelessness.
You must be able to work flexibly over 7 days, with the ability to travel across the island, working in the different service locations. Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), or actively studying.
You will also be expected to provide on-call and sleep in duties when required.
This role requires a full UK driving License and access to your own transport. The post holder must be based on the Isle of Wight.
