About the role

As a pivotal member of our dynamic team, the Revenue Manager will be instrumental in driving our growth strategy. We seek a genuine self-starter with the ambition, capability, and eagerness to learn and evolve alongside the company. This role is particularly suited to individuals with experience in revenue management within the short-term rental and hotel industries, especially those proficient with tools like Pricelabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond, or AirDNA. 

Specialist skill set and responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise occupancy rates and nightly earnings
  • Analyse market trends and utilize pricing tools to adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall performance and profitability of the property portfolio
  • Monitor performance metrics and produce reports on revenue achievements and forecasts
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve revenue-generating processes
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, driving enhancements in how we operate and embracing leadership opportunities

Be prepared to support the team while also flourishing independently. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring positive and seamless experiences for our homeowners and guests. The ideal Revenue Manager enjoys customer interaction, demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, and can effectively handle multiple tasks

General capabilities

  • Owning the relationship with OTA platforms which provide our critical routes to market
  • Overseeing the OTA platform-related elements of the property onboarding process for Hospiria partners and ensuring the portfolio is optimised
  • Performing market analysis, setting revenue targets, mapping and implementing our rate strategies
  • Using your knowledge of the market to ensure that our Partners’ inventory is performing as well as it can and to review and introduce new listing capabilities
  • Provide regular insights and reporting to leadership and the broader team on the potential for improvement
What we are looking for
  • 5+ years of experience with revenue management tools like Pricelabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond, or AirDNA 
  • A bachelor’s degree 
  • Excellent analytical and people skills. You will need to combine the ability to source, create and understand performance data and translate that into understanding for partners
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to constantly changing dynamics
  • A people-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships that foster growth
  • Excellent communication skills, brimming with energy and focus
  • A strong desire to learn and acquire new skills
