Tasks- Leadthe product development process from conceptualization tocommercialization ensuring alignment with market trends customerneeds and company objectives.
- Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including design sourcing and production todeliver highquality products that exceed customer expectation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive salesstrategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and forgestrategic partnerships to enhance the companys competitiveposition.
- Build and manage a highperformingsales team providing coaching guidance and support to achieve salestargets.
- Analyze sales data market trends andcustomer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement andinnovation.
- Establish and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders including customers suppliersand industrypartners.
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field(Mas
- Proven track record of success in productdevelopment and sales leadership roles within the apparelindustry.
- Deep understanding of apparel buyingand sourcing processes market dynamics and industry trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability toinspire and motivate teams to achieve commongoals.
- Excellent communication negotiation andinterpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with aresultsoriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to reside in Dhaka Bangladesh (250days minimum in ayear).
