Your new role
This is a varied and busy administrative support role - you'll need to be available to work 26 hours across the course of the week - there is considerable flexibility on when this is. You will provide a robust administrative function for the organisations' local offices and deal with things like sending information to clients and the public, sending out invoices for services and providing costs and quotes.
You will be responsible for using templates to put together things like written agreements, producing various documents to support them, such as plans and taking minutes for fortnightly department meetings, as well as being responsible for the filing and storage of information, and using various systems to produce documentation to send to clients.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong administrative experience and good attention to detail. You'll need to be able to work autonomously when required.You will need to be available to work 26 hours a week. There is flexibility in how this falls across the week as well as flexibility on start and finish times. A small amount of hybrid work may be available, but you will mostly need to be prepared to work in the office.
You will need to drive and have access to your own car for this role. The location is beautiful, but you'll need your own transport to get there.
