Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Resource Manager to support the National Advisory Service Line. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a self-driven individual, who will work closely with Managers and Partners to best deploy our resources.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Act as point of contact for resource oversight, conflict resolution, and development of solutions in support of business goals Work with Project Managers and Partners to identify appropriate resource requirements The ability to understand resource requirements and allocate capabilities accordingly Proactively seeks out resources and capabilities based on initiatives in the pipeline Works with partners to ensure resources are leveraged in a profitable manner Liaises with people managers and project teams to understand resource performance to help inform future resource placements Identify opportunities where underutilized resources can be leveraged in other areas based on the resource’s skills Identify skills gaps within resources and make recommendations for training and development to meet the needs of the service lines Ensure resource skills database is maintained Identify need for talent and works with Human Resources to recruit accordingly when needed Identify potential resourcing or process issues and present to leadership resolutions to such issues where applicable

Your experience and education

3-5 years resource management or project management experience in professional services environment Experience forecasting resource projections Proficiency in MS Office applications Workday experience a plus Assertive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form Ability to be diplomatic or firm when necessary in order to drive business forward or obtain results Ability to prioritize and organize workload across multiple groups Proven success in managing multiple and fast-moving projects simultaneously
