About the role

This Teaching Administrator role is to support taught programmes within the Division. It requires close and effective working with administrative colleagues and academic staff. The post-holder will be expected to undertake a variety of administrative duties to facilitate the successful operation of the team. This post presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrator to work within a friendly and supportive environment in an efficient team.

About you

The successful applicant will play an important role in the effective functioning of the team and will need to maintain a good working relationship with all staff. They will be responsible for their own work schedule and facilitating efficient and effective communication.

You will need to have a commitment to customer focus and providing an efficient, professional and effective service. You will have relevant teaching administration experience, including running of departmentally-run exams, attendance monitoring with follow-up, management of VLE content and use of a student records system. You will be confident in problem-solving and working under pressure on various tasks.
