JOB TITLE: Marketing Graduate

LOCATION: Telford

HOURS: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

Job Purpose:

You will support the marketing team with a wide range of marketing activities linked to marketing objectives. Taking a tactical role in research into market opportunities and supporting delivery of initiatives.

The Graduate programme will include a full range of marketing disciplines as part of your developing experience.

Develop a thorough understanding of products, their features and benefits and how these align to different market segments and customer types to underpin marketing activities undertakenResearch commercial, retail, trade and installer market segments to understand key drivers from a product, service and support perspectiveResearch current and future purchasing trends and tools used when purchasing windows and doorsResearch product trends by market segment to determine future product development requirementsDevelopment of research material to understand routes-to-market along with required marketing assetsResearching, writing, and creating content, including blogs, product pages, news articles, downloadable guides etc., suitable for B2B and B2C audiences and that adhere to brand style and tone of voiceSupport creation from brief to working with designers and external suppliers, through to delivery both online and offline activity and projectsEngagement with internal colleagues and external agencies to ensure accuracy in content being produced for defined segment and/or customer typeData analysis and interpretation with regular reporting General keyword, user intent and competitor research to identify trends and opportunitiesPlanning and implementing campaigns using appropriate channels for target audienceCollaboration with other departments for example, sales, technical, customer service, ops, IT, accounts and the wider marketing team in support of marketing objectivesCreating internal comms, including company newsletters, event posters, signage etc

Key Experiences and Skills will include:

Marketing degree Solid understanding of the principles of marketing – on and offlineNaturally passionate and enthusiastic with a willingness to own work Creative with strong attention to detail plus confident with analytical workExcellent copy writing, spelling and grammarExcel WordPressGoogle AnalyticsAdobe creative suite
