**Responsible To**: Senior Designer

**Location / Area**: Stafford Park 1, Telford, Shropshire - 2 days per week minimum requirement for office attendance, with the flexibility to work from home

**Basic Salary**:£11.44 per hour for length of temporary contract

LUCECO GROUP designs and manufactures LED lighting systems (internal/external), electrical wiring accessories (circuit protection, sockets, switches), portable power (EV charging and extension cables) and cable management solutions for residential and specification markets across the globe.

Its portfolio of respected brands includes British General (BG), SyncEV, Luceco Lighting, Masterplug, Kingfisher Lighting, DW Windsor, Nexus, D-Line and Ross.

We are looking for a talented, driven Junior Photoshop Artworker, to undertake a 2 month project at Luceco. You will assist in the production of visual materials primarily using Adobe Photoshop, Mid Journey and Indesign. You will work closely with senior artworkers, graphic designers, and other members of the creative team to ensure that all artwork meets our high standards of quality and accuracy. This may suit a Marketing undergraduate or graduate, looking for experience and contract work over the summer months. There is potential that this role could lead to a further, permanent role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Photoshop Production**: Assist in creating, editing, and finalising artwork using Adobe Photoshop for various projects, including brochures, advertisements, packaging, and digital content.
- **Image Manipulation**: Perform tasks such as retouching, colour correction, and compositing to ensure high-quality visuals.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all artwork is accurate, high-quality, and aligns with brand guidelines and project specifications.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with the design team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- **File Management**: Maintain organised files and ensure all project assets are correctly labelled and stored.
- **Revisions**: Implement feedback and make necessary adjustments to artwork as directed by senior staff.
- **Project Assistance**: Support senior artworkers and designers with various tasks and contribute to larger projects as needed.
- **Time Management**: Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of artwork.

**Skills & Experience**

**Essential**
- **Education**: Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- **Communication**: Ability to communicate at all levels.
- **Creativity**: A creative mindset with a passion for design and visual storytelling.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others, remotely and in person.
- **Ability to work to tight deadlines**: repetitive tasks in volume quantities delivered quickly and accurately - work involves creating high quality content for 1300 sku’s
- **Time Management**: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Desirable**
- **Photography Skills**: Keen eye of detail and high-definition photography
- **Technical Skills**: Experience in Midjourney and Indesign software
