First Call Contract Servicesare looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to helpdevelop our Manchester and surrounding operations-this is anexciting time to be joining our business.

After arecord breaking 2023, we have new regions and offices plannedthroughout 2024

This really is a great time tobe joining our organisation

Ideally candidateswill come from an industrial recruitment background and have anunderstanding of the recruitment and staffing industry. This rolewould suit a recruitment consultant, senior recruitment consultantor branch manager looking to move into a purely salesrole.

Candidate duties willinclude:

  • Promoting ourtemporary & permanent recruitment services to both local& regional businesses, via telephone, email & faceto face meetings
  • Arranging & attendingbusiness to business sales meetings
  • Presentingrecruitment solutions to key company decisionmakers
  • To build lasting business relationshipswith new and existing clients &companies
  • To manage a daily, weekly and monthlysales pipeline & diary
  • Attend regularservice meetings with currentclients

Candidateexperience willinclude:

  • Ideally have abackground or experience of industrial recruitment, including newbusiness development & accountmanagement
  • Have a strong background in either atelesales or a face to face sales role, gained within therecruitment industry
  • Have excellentcommunication and presentation skills
  • Be ableto present recruitment solutions to various levels of managementwithin organisations including hiring managers, HR departments& board level management
  • Have excellentnegotiation skills

Ideally we arelooking for candidates that have a background or experience ofindustrial recruitment, including new business development& account management however all recruitment experiencewill be considered.

Hours of work are Monday toFriday, 8.00am to 5.00pm however an element of flexibility isneeded during peak periods.

Basic starting salaryis DOE, industry leading packages are available with excellentOTE's to 100kpa, company car or car allowance options &company benefits.
