PositionOverview: As a Business Development Manager atDoughboys Pizza you will play a pivotal role in driving the growthand market presence of our brand within the foodservice sector.This dynamic position requires a strategic thinker with a passionfor building strong business relationships and a keen eye foridentifying and capitalising on new opportunities. You will beresponsible for researching prospecting and closing new businessdeals across a variety of hospitalityclients.
TasksKeyResponsibilities:
- Researchand Identify Opportunities: Profile research and identify newbusiness opportunities establishing and nurturing relationshipswith partners customers and distributors and maintaining a log oninternal CRM systems.
- Customer Acquisition:Drive sales and acquire new customers within the out of home marketwhich will include a variety of venues such as hotels restaurantsleisure venues universities and more creating pullthrough viawholesaler stockists and distributionpartners.
- Strategic Partnership Development:Build and maintain strong sustainable partnerships by understandingclient needs and offering tailored solutions fosteringrelationships that lead to increased sales and brandvisibility.
- Revenue Growth: Drive profitablerevenue growth by developing and implementing strategies to expandmarket share meet sales targets and capitalise on emerging marketsectors.
- Market Analysis and CompetitorMonitoring: Monitor industry trends competitor activities andidentify areas of growth to adapt strategies staying ahead of thecurve and providing innovative solutions to ourcustomers.
- Trade Show and Networking: RepresentDoughboys Pizza at trade shows customer events and networkinginitiatives to establish brand presence build relationships andexplore potentialpartnerships.
Requirements:
- ProvenSales Experience: Demonstrated success in a similar role within thefood industry showcasing the ability to drive sales growth and meettargets through acquiring new business and fostering customerrelationships.
- CustomerCentric Approach:Customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. Showcaseyour ability to understand and address client needs effectivelyproviding added value solutions to our customersbusinesses.
- Strong Communication Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential tobuild rapport and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements withpotential partners andcustomers.
