Responsibilities:
Scheduling meetings for Office of the General Counsel (OGC) membersand other Global Legal Organization (GLO) team members who havelarger meetings
Assist with arranging any largeGLO/Division meetings
Would interact by phoneand online meetings with team members outside of the US
Prepare monitor and follow up on expense reports for OGCmembers
Travel support:
Liaise with destination admins/GLO members regarding thetravel
Prepare monitor and follow up onrequisite visas and other travel requirements (eg vaccines) Bookaccommodation and ensure transportation has been arranged
Ensure calendars are up to date
Create and format presentations in Google Slides
Provide support on editing presentations in Google Slidesand fixing problems with documents in Google Docs and MicrosoftWord
Monitor physical mail for GLO team membersand deliver from mailroom to team member offices
Help with preparation for running of and followups fromthe GLO Quarterly Webcast
Manage annual holidayparty Colgate Cares events etc.
Registervisitors with lobby/security arrange for security badges
Book meeting rooms and visitor offices
Provide coverage when Chief Legal Offices (CLO) admin isabsent
Manage access to Onit system viaOkta
Troubleshoot minor Onit issues assist withstandard/routine updates.
Manage creation ofnew Google Groups and maintenance of existing ones
Assist with onboarding of new GLO employees computersetup. Potential Google training
Maintain GLOTools Google Slide Deck
Assist withdocumentation of new Onit tools
Create andmanage Looker Studio dashboards
Required Competencies:
High level of expertise with Google Suite of toolsparticularly Google Slides Docs and Sheets as well as MicrosoftWord Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of LookerStudio a plus.
Collaborative friendly energeticwill need to work well with executive Admins
Creative problemsolver
