Superior Healthcare needs you

Superior Healthcare is urgently hiring care assistants and support workers in Faversham and nearby areas for regular day shifts. This role involves supporting a young client with autism and ADHD. Previous experience supporting paediatric clients is preferred.

Join our complex care team, work long-term with a small number of clients, and enjoy a fixed rota with overtime opportunities.

What can we offer care assistants? 

We support care assistants who want to grow their skills and progress within the company

Superior Healthcare will provide full, classroom-based training when you join us, paid/supported induction shifts, and ongoing supervision provided by our in-house team of nurses and supervisors.

If a client’s needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you can confidently support their needs and develop your own skills.

Care Assistant Requirements: 

  • minimum of 6 months experience involving personal care.
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • A minimum commitment of 24 hours a week.
