About the Team
The EMEA Talent Team supports our Banking and Capital Markets organisations to advance the way the world pays banks and invests . We deliver a world-class recruitment process that exceeds the expectations of managers and candidates.
Job Overview:
You'll work closely with the Recruitment Head and broader talent team to deliver a white glove talent acquisition process. You'll act as an FIS ambassador ensuring candidates and stakeholders receive the best candidate experience possible. In additional you'll innovate the way we deliver TA identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies every step of the way.
What you'll be doing.
- Own our self serve scheduling tool (rooster) to create a seamless interview booking experience.
- Track and manage recruiting costs process employee referral payments
- Act as an intermediary between recruiter, hiring manage and candidates
- Own and maintain Talent training collateral for the EMEA region
- Subject matter expert for internal processes
- Recruitment event management.
- Identify opportunities for operational excellence
- Build and maintain relationship with the broader HR function
Position Requirements:
- Previous successful team coordination experience
- Demonstrable experience of effectively managing complex administration activity, within a challenging and customer orientated environment
- Experience of working to Service Level Agreements
- Experience of workflow management
