Job Description

  • Working in the Technology Portfolio Management function and supporting programme and project delivery 
  • To embed, run and continuously improve key Technology Portfolio Management processes, including:- 
    • Work intake/demand management process (Funnel) 
    • Portfolio shaping, planning, and scheduling  
    • Portfolio governance, status tracking, monitoring and reporting, including Financials and KPI’s  
  • To maintain, develop, implement and drive adoption of scalable Technology Delivery Frameworks at CAB:- 
    • Consistent tech delivery methods, standards and procedures 
    • Technology delivery stakeholder engagement models with roles & responsibilities  
    • Design & create relevant Tech delivery artefacts and templates that support agile ways of working  

Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience in technology portfolio office roles including 3 years in Banking and Payments and agile working environments
    • Track record of supporting the setting up/running of a portfolio office; development of governance and delivery processes, standards, ways of working, in a Technology function/organisation 
    • Enterprise level portfolio planning & reporting; data/information analysis and presentation
    • Good working knowledge of delivery methodologies e.g. Agile and best practices in all aspects of technology portfolio management, project management and delivery 
    • Direct project and programme management experience an advantage 
    • Building excellent stakeholder relationships and advocacy through collaboration and partnership 
    • Passionate about driving change, turning strategy into execution: is creative, innovative and acts on instinct and initiative

Tools/Skills

    • Jira - configuration, dashboards, reporting, JQL
    • Confluence 
    • MS Office 
    • Sharepoint – setting up team sites 
    • Process mapping tools e.g. Lucid
