Purpose of job

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic market leading team dealing with high quality work. The recruitment of this role is due to growth, we are looking for an Associate Solicitor (around 3-5 years PQE) to cover a broad range of work across the team and contribute more widely to its growth.

Accountabilities

Accountabilities will include but are not limited to:

Running and managing files Interacting directly with clients and building the client relationship Assisting senior members of the Team with their cases Using document management, CRM and time recording systems Involvement in Business Development initiatives.  The candidate

The CLDR Team are seeking an Associate Solicitor of around 3-5 years PQE with a strong academic background.

An interest in and experience of advising on complex commercial disputes, enforcement of restrictive covenants and shareholder disputes would be welcomed. The successful applicant will have excellent technical skills, a high attention to detail and will produce work/documentation of a consistently high standard. They will be commercially astute, with a strong client focused approach, and aptitude for business development, be that writing articles or attending networking events.
