We are hiring a new Sales Manager to lead a sales practise dedicated to serving our Retail customers. Qualifications

Previous experience in selling Cloud services. Experience building and sustaining relationships with c-suite executives.  People management experience. Experience driving sales growth and growth strategies. Direct experience of working within the Retail Industry or providing services to Retailers (ideal but not essential).

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Customer Obsession

Deliver business growth through leading and empowering account teams. You will lead execution of Go to Market (GTM) to deliver customers’ business outcomes across their entire lifecycle. Accelerate customer satisfaction and model executive engagements with business decision makers and C-level executives. Maximise share of wallet, achieve targets (billed revenue, consumption, and adoption), and win against competition through flawless execution. Drive partnership across the organisation to achieve business value for customers and business results for Microsoft. Deliver business excellence in forecasting and reporting, and foster a culture of strong accountability within your account teams. Proactively expand strategic network of key internal and external partners and other business decision makers for your team and customers to ensure execution of core tasks, grow sales and partner impact, and to ensure seamless account management experiences within the portfolio.
