Join Our Team as a Paint Technician in Haverhill

We are a growing automotive repair business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services. Our Haverhill site is looking for a skilled Prep Technician to join our dedicated team. If you have an eye for detail and are experienced in vehicle preparation for painting and repair, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicles for the painting process, including sanding, masking, and priming surfaces. Perform minor body repairs as needed to ensure vehicles are ready for paint application. Ensure all vehicles are prepped to the highest standard, meeting the company’s quality expectations. Work closely with the paint team to ensure a smooth transition from preparation to painting. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep work areas organized.

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience as a Prep Technician within the automotive repair industry. Knowledge of prepping techniques and experience working with various materials. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues. Understanding of health and safety regulations in a workshop environment. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
