Our client a small luxury hotel nestled inTewkesbury Park is seeking a talented Assistant Hotel Manager tojoin their team. Renowned for exceptional service and honesthospitality, the site offers guests a memorable experience. The90+-bedroom hotel overlooks the stunning Park and is home to anexcellent restaurant with a renowned bar team. The client isoffering a salary of 40,000 with tips as well as a range of amazingbenefits.
What Does the RoleEntail?
The client seeks apassionate and hands-on Assistant Hotel Manager with an F&Bbackground to lead the business and their talented food andbeverage team in a hands-on strategic capacity. You'll oversee theday-to-day operations of the management team as well as supportingthe restaurant and bar upholding the standards, and ensuringimpeccable service and guest satisfaction. You will manage staffsenior to junior, improve standards by mentoring all staff, handleguest inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of thedining experience at the hotel. You will also play a key functionin the administration, including stock control, ordering and Epos.
What SkillsWill You Have?
You will ideallyhave a food and beverage management background and a strongunderstanding of all things hospitality. The role has a focus onstrategical management and development ensuring all staff areprepared and suitable for working in a luxury hotel. You shouldpossess a genuine passion for customer service, exceptionalinterpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and lead ateam.
What Is OnOffer?
The client is offering anexcellent package up to 40,000 including tips, with an 8-hourworkday and additional paid days worked. You will also have accessto the gym, given access to staff discounts, uniforms and meals areprovided while on duty.
