The role
 

As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for Coordinating offshore and onshore operations on a day-to-day basis by ensuring timely preparation and smooth running and completion of project tasks.

To support the Project Management Team in pre-planning, execution, and coordination of projects for the IRM Service Line. You will be expected to assist with and continually improve day-to-day project tasks, pre-project preparations, execution and close out. Support to the Project Delivery Manager, the Service Line Director and the Commercial team will be expected.

Coordinates and collaborates with a range of Service Line support functions to ensure that the correct support mechanisms and specialist knowledge are used to support the Project Management team with critical day-to-day tasks. Uses an issue escalation route via Project Managers and Project Delivery Manager as required.
