**Job Description**:
As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will span across various areas, including resource planning, personnel travel coordination, material transport and deliveries, training and development, job reports and timesheets. You will collaborate closely with contract managers, department heads, and project teams to ensure efficient project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining client contracts and optimizing project performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Resource Planning**: Collaborate with contract managers to develop resource allocation plans, assign resources effectively, and monitor utilization for optimal productivity.
- ** Personnel Travel**: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for project team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and managing travel expenses within budgetary guidelines.
- ** Material Transport/Deliveries**: Coordinate timely procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring proper handling and storage to meet project needs.
- ** Training and Development**: Identify training needs, coordinate internal and external training sessions, and maintain training records for project team members.
- ** Job Reports and Timesheets**: Collect and compile data for accurate job report delivery, track project timelines and progress, and validate timesheets for project personnel.
- ** Total Care Contract Service Activities**: Assist in coordinating service activities, ensuring compliance with contract terms and maintaining effective communication with clients.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- HSE&Q: Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality policies, and address safety concerns within the organization.
- Time and Cost Administration: Accurately record and process hours and costs, ensuring timely adjustments, invoicing, and reporting.
- Personal Development: Maintain an adaptive attitude, actively engage in learning goals, provide and receive feedback, and stay up to date with industry developments.
- Core Values: Comply with guidelines and ethical behavior, discuss organizational dilemmas, and follow available training courses.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in the offshore energy industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for resource planning, reporting, and timesheet management.
- Familiarity with travel management systems and booking platforms.
- Knowledge of material handling procedures, logistics operations, and supply chain management.
- Experience in coordinating training and development initiatives is desirable.
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing project requirements.
