YOUR ROLE
  • Proactively support the Marketing team in their day-to-day tasks and projects
  • Help create the monthly Wholesale sales plans for Indola and Schwarzkopf
  • Work closely with our PR agency to align local social media content and plans.
  • Review and approve SoMe plans for Wholesale Preferred Partners
  • Assist with the Media Activation plan for Indola & liaise with PR and Digital agency partners.
  • Plan and review Indola email campaigns to monitor performance.
  • Support with the planning and execution of local content creation days.
  • Support the community management of our Indola influencers and endorsers.
  • Assist in the Indola artwork approval process and support the co-ordination of all images and assets.
  • Create new line forms for Indola NPD and assist global team with website copy updates.
  • Support the ongoing implementation of the Indola loyalty scheme through updating POS and landing page updates.
  • Raise relevant invoices, plan budget spends in line with budget guidance and monitor spend.
  • Help analyse market dynamics, trends and track competitor activity (e.g. promotions, marketing activities incl. digital / social media) within the Wholesale channel.
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network among the global team and other countries where appropriate, sharing insights and best practice.
  • Work closely with all internal departments, e.g. Sales, Education, Business Steering, Controlling, Supply Chain & Customer Service
YOUR SKILLS
  • Degree educated, or equivalent, ideally within Business or Marketing
  • Previous experience in a Marketing role in a multinational FMCG company is an advantage.
  • Passion for the Beauty industry, passionate about hair
  • Good judgement and creative thinking with a positive sense of initiative
  • Strong IT skills (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Strong analytical skills & good attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing
  • Proactive, passionate, team-player
  • Excellent communication skills – able to communicate ideas concisely and confidently.
  • Personal initiative, with the ability to take on a high level of autonomy.
