Requirements for the Regional Investigation and Improvement Officer role:
  • Must be a Registered Nurse on an Allied Healthcare Professional
  • Experience of investigative processes
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, HR processed, healthcare regulations and legislation
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to present findings in a concise manner
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

The role of a Regional Investigation and Improvement Officer within the company involves:
  • Carrying out investigations and presenting findings to internal and external panels, at tribunals and inquests
  • Continuously improving the company's understanding of care delivery issues
  • Identifying, evaluating and implementing improvements
  • Ensuring the services are complaint with legislations and health and safety
