Requirements for the Regional Investigation and Improvement Officer role:
- Must be a Registered Nurse on an Allied Healthcare Professional
- Experience of investigative processes
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, HR processed, healthcare regulations and legislation
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to present findings in a concise manner
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

The role of a Regional Investigation and Improvement Officer within the company involves:
- Carrying out investigations and presenting findings to internal and external panels, at tribunals and inquests
- Continuously improving the company's understanding of care delivery issues
- Identifying, evaluating and implementing improvements
- Ensuring the services are complaint with legislations and health and safety
- Maintaining and promoting the health and safety across all sites and taking action where appropriate
