Service Contract Portfolio Analyst

As a Service Contract Portfolio Analyst, you will support key internal stakeholders and the Volvo Trucks dealer network with service contract products, focusing on contract pricing. Your analytical prowess and dedication to detail will help shape the future of Volvo Trucks' service offerings.

Who Are You?

You are a skilled analyst with a degree in Business Studies, Finance, or equivalent industry experience. Your advanced analytical skills, particularly with Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups), will be crucial in interpreting system data and making informed decisions. You have exceptional mathematical abilities, strong organizational skills, and thrive under tight deadlines. Your excellent communication skills enable you to interact effectively across all levels of the organization. You are flexible, a strong team player, and confident working independently.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with a dedicated team of Contract Portfolio Analysts and report directly to the Contract Portfolio Manager. You'll also work alongside the Sales and Aftermarket teams, as well as Volvo Financial Services, ensuring seamless integration and support across all departments.

What Will You Do?

Performance Analysis: Analyse and report on the contract portfolio's performance to support contract extensions and retaining customers on our growing portfolio. System Testing: Coordinate, test, and collaborate with central system teams to ensure our internal quoting systems meet our business needs.Pricing Administration: Manage and oversee the standard pricing activities of service contracts for Volvo Trucks UK.Premium Calculation: Calculate premiums for bespoke requests and conduct analysis based on historical vehicle performance.Administrative Support: Assist in the administration of the Service Contract Portfolio.IT Collaboration: Work closely with central IT teams to ensure our quoting systems are fully functional, maintain current pricing tools, and provide ad-hoc reports.
