The Role

Responsible for the domestic services function within hospital and community premises through the effective deployment of staff resources to ensure effective cleaning methods, the control of infection and the promotion of a safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff and visitors.

What we'll need you to bring

Numerate, literate and practical Good Interpersonal Skills Good Dexterity Good Personal Hygiene Departmental Induction and Orientation Infection Control Manual Handling Health & Safety Fire Safety C.O.S.S.H Payroll Systems

Must hold full driving licence as covers Coathill/Wester Moffat Hospital 

It would be great if you also have

SVQ in cleaning science Domestic Services Monitoring experience

Contract type

Permanent 

 Part Time

17.30 hours

Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.

Location and Working Pattern

This role will be based in PSSD department within Coathill Hospital

The working pattern for this role:  Mon - Thu 1530 -1900 & Fri 1530 - 1848
