Position: School Relationship Coordinator
Hours: 35 hours per week, 8 hours, Monday-Friday with an hour lunchbreak
Salary: £30-35k per year
Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays
Location: Largely based at our head office in Farnborough, Hampshire; some national travel required
About the role:
The School Relationship Coordinator is a hands-on role and will work with the Head of Marketing and Head of Sales to nurture, maintain and grow relationships with our partner schools. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer services, sales and/or client services. Responsivities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Relationship management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner schools.
- Work with Operations and Customer Experience to respond to partner school queries and address concerns promptly.
- Create and conduct a plan for multi-levelled check-ins to ensure. customer satisfaction and create opportunities to promote iRock's programmes and services.
- Contribute to customer retention targets set at the beginning of each academic year.
- Serve as primary point of contact for key account schools.
- Work with Education to ensure smooth implementation of music programme and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Account development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities within partner schools to grow number of iRockers and bands.
- Present to prospective schools.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and contracts
- Contribute to overall growth targets set at the beginning of each academic year.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with school accounts on the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on account activity, sales activity and retention.
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for growth and service improvement.
Service promotion:
- Represent iRock at school events, trade shows and conferences.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute promotional campaigns to target new schools and grow existing accounts.
About you:
- Minimum of two years' experience in client services, customer relations or sales.
- Ability to look after multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good listening skills to assess and address customer needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM software.
- Experience in the education sector is desirable, but not essential
- Passion for music and education.
