**Working as a Bid Co-Ordinator you will**:

- Weekly and monthly reporting of sales forecasts, resources and spend on bid/proposal processes.
- Monitoring, updating and reporting on budgets.
- Preparation of Powerpoint presentations for BD Director for annual strategic plan.
- Assisting with planning and co-ordinating attendance at exhibitions and user conferences.
- Lead and co-ordinate the bid administration process to ensure timely response to PQQ/RFQ.
- Act as key point of contact for all contributors to the bid process and fully accountable for the project administration and co-ordination of bids.
- Maintain Bid Tracking and Opportunity Log for bids in processes and future bid opportunities and report to BD Director.
- Schedule bid process/project meetings ensuring all key stakeholders attend, are aware of deadlines and meet deadlines for their contribution/content.
- Develop knowledge library, create standard proposal content and boiler plates and design and implement process and procedure to ensure that information is easily accessible.
- Manage quality control on bids to ensure that they meet specific guidelines required by each customer

**The ideal Bid Co-Ordinator will**:

- Degree or equivalent standard of education desirable
- APMP qualification desirable but not essential. Bid Co-Ordination or project administration experience essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders, including those in senior positions.
- Experience of designing and implementing administration processes and procedures
- Flexible approach with the capacity to work additional hours occasionally to meet bid deadlines.
- Thrives working in a collaborative team environment.
- Outgoing personality that enjoys working in a busy business development/bid environment and derives satisfaction from contributing to winning of new business.
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing a career in bid management.
- Interest in technology/defence sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
