Position: Day Concierge

Location: The Postbox, B1

Working Hours: 4on 4off 0800-2000

Salary: £22,605 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Development Details:

This role will be based at a high-end development in the B1 area of Birmingham. The development consists of 3 blocks and 260 apartments. You would be working with a building manager Monday to Friday but alone working on the weekends your shift pattern falls on.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team. Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others. Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development. Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries. Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors. Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
