We are currently recruiting for an experienced Training ROI Manager to join our team. This role will be crucial in developing our talent across all our brands.

 

Responsibilities:

1.      Conduct quality checks and audits on training delivery.

2.      Coordinate with external training providers.

3.      Measure and improve ROI from training.

4.      Develop and implement strategies for training improvement based on feedback and data.

5.      Collaborate with the Training Delivery Manager to implement improvements.

6.      Ensure employees understand where training fits in and how they can demonstrate its application.

7.      Build training assessments and tests.

8.      Create career maps and growth plans to support ROI.

9.      Manage and implement our Learning Management System.

10.  Develop case studies of success.

11.  Support the HR team on projects and other related work where necessary..

 

Performance Measurement:

1.      Quality of training (via checks and audits).

2.      Efficiency of external training coordination.

3.      Improvement in training ROI.

4.      Positive changes implemented based on feedback and data.

 

Requirements

1.      Proven experience in a similar role where you can demonstrate that you are a top performer.

2.      Strong organisational and communication skills.

3.      A keen interest in business.

4.      A collaborative mindset and comfortable working cross-functionally.

5.      Demonstrable growth mindset.

6.      Strong analytical skills.

7.      Excellent PowerPoint and design skills.

8.      Experience in spinning multiple plates.
