Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a busy hotel in the east part of the London area and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team.

£24,000 p.a (3 days) or £32,000 p.a. (4 days)

What's involved?
As Sales & Marketing Manager your responsibilities will vary and not limited to:
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and lead a small team providing coaching, mentoring and performance management to ensure targets are met
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and inform the development of innovative marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key clients and partners, negotiating contracts and securing new business
- Responsible for maintaining the social media presence
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager with previous hotel experience at senior executive level or a Manager who is looking for flexible working hours. The right person needs to be self-motivated, dynamic and with a proven track record in the industry with a good understanding of social media as well as the local market.
